ORDER DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL RUSH ORDERS
- All rush service requests will be accepted based on capacity and at the factory’s sole discretion
- All orders are subject to product availability
- All orders must include an in-hands date
- Production-ready artwork must accompany the order
- All artwork should reference the purchase order and be emailed to artmaster@senatorgroupusa.com
- MUST INCLUDE “RUSH ORDER” on purchase order, art and any other communication
- NO proofs
- NO typesetting
- NO personalizations
- NO less than minimum orders
- NO “exact quantity” orders
- NO order changes
- Ship-to address and shipping method are REQUIRED with the order
- NO special packaging, drop shipments or multiple ship methods
- For repeat orders, the previous order must have been dated within the past 18 months, and there can be no changes to the previous order’s art. Please include previous order number or invoice number.
- ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED COMPLETE BY 1:00 PM CENTRAL TIME – NO EXCEPTIONS
